Artwork refers to, but is not limited to, any image, file, physical painting or design produced by the Artist, Christian Bocquee.

Purchase of any Artwork from Christian Bocquee does NOT include copyright.
Copyright remains wholly and exclusively the intellectual property of
the artist Christian Bocquee.

You may not make copies or reproductions either physically, or digitally, or via any other means of any of my Artworks, nor use any of my Artworks for commercial purposes without prior express written permission from Christian Bocquee.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I’m committed to selling art that I’m proud of, and produced with the highest quality standards to you my valued collector. If however you're not completely happy with any item you’ve purchased from my store I will gladly refund your purchase, provided the item is returned to me within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging.
Canvases are made to order, therefore production costs are non-refundable for this item unless it is defective. Please choose carefully as I can only offer a partial refund for canvases if you simply change your mind (ie. excluding production costs).
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in the event of returns of any item. Please also note that some transaction costs may not be refundable depending on the payment method.

Can't find a print you like in a particular size or format? I'm more than happy to do custom orders - feel free to let me know how I can help.
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship orders once per week, except in the rare event the store is in holiday mode. In these cases I will always notify you at checkout of the estimated impact on shipping times. Orders placed earlier in the week (before Thurs) will in most cases be shipped by Saturday of that same week at the latest. For canvases please allow additional production time - see Canvas section below. Also note for international orders that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply.
CANVAS TIMEFRAMES
Please note at present I can only ship stretched canvases to Australian addresses. Any overseas orders for this item will be rejected and a full refund given (minus any transaction costs incurred by payment processing if applicable). Please allow extra production/delivery time for this item as follows.
